| CRM-Express Live is installed on a server
and can then be accessed with a browser from a
computer, pad or mobile phone. The server can be on
a closed network or on the internet.
Server Requirements
The server must be one of the
following:
- a dedicated server (starting from +- $60 per month)
from various ISP's on the internet.
(or)
- a virtual dedicated server (starting around $18.17 per
month) from various ISP's on the internet. (also known
as VPS or Virtual Private Server)
- Mochahost.com $18.17
- Gogaddy.com $ 29.99
- 1&1.com $ 29.00
- CRM-Express Live cannot be run on the normal shared
$5 per site except if the ISP installs it
on the server and gives you access to it.
The server can be
on the Internet or a local area network. A Windows 32
or 64 bit server that can run Internet Information Server
(IIS) 5 or later is required. This includes Windows
2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server , Windows 2008 Server
and Windows 2012 Server.
Hardware requirements will be depend on which Operating
System you use. The following are minimum requirements
for Windows 2000 Server:
- Pentium III processor or better
- 600 MHz CPU or better
- 512 MB Ram or better
- 500 MB Hard
disk requirement for the installation.
- A fixed IP address if the server is hosted
on the internet
- A screen with resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.
Note: CRM-Express Live consumes more
resources as the number of users increase. You can
upgrade your server when required.
Client/Workstation Requirements You can access CRM-Express
live from any machine (PC, Laptop, pad, mobile phone, etc.)
that supports a modern browser. Most browsers should
also work. We recommend Chrome, Internet Explorer
(later than 6), Firefox
or Safari. A screen with resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
or higher if it is a computer. The mobile version supports
a screen with a resolution of 320x240 or higher
Mobile Clients Most modern and
some older mobile phones and pads will work.
CRM-Express Live has a browser interface (meant for
browsing from computers) as well as a mobile
interface (meant for browsing from mobile phones).
The mobile interface uses JQuery Mobile which has
been tested with multiple mobile devices. For a list

phones and pads like iPhone, iPad, Android, ,
Blackberry, Palm, Windows etc.
