Only one program has to be upgraded when a new version is released. The upgrade time required would depend on the speed of the machine and the volume of data. A typical upgrade would only take a few minutes.

The data is stored centrally on the server and only have to back up data from one machine.

Most browsers are supported

Most modern browsers like Internet Explorer 6 (and later), Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc. can access the program through the local area network or internet. Any new generation mobile phone capable of browsing on the internet can also be used. New generation devices like the Apple IPad and Sumsung Galaxy Pad can also be used for access.

Any internet capable cell phone access

There is a text interface with lower functionality to accommodate internet capable cell phones or handhelds with limited browing capability.

Full control over your data

You decide where your data is stored. You can store your data on your intranet or on a remote server at your ISP. We do not host your data, you do.

Software as a service has its benefits but also its drawbacks. What happens if you cannot afford to pay for the service in the next year or if something happens to your software service provider? Your business can come to a grinding halt when critical application software like CRM cease to function.

With CRM-Express Live you can keep your business running if you have an off-site software and data backup. You purchase a software license that does not force you to pay for it recurrently.
