placing an order. Terms - Prices quoted are in
US$. Prices quoted entitles you to use purchased product(s)
for an unlimited period of time. On-demand services
are valid for the period that you have signed up for.
For Desktop, Network and On-Premise products or services,
the following applies:
- Free product updates for one year after purchase.
- Free basic email support for one year after
purchase.
- Product update notification for one year after
purchase.
- A yearly maintenance/upgrade fee (after the
first year) of 30% is applicable for continued basic
email support, product updates and notification.
The fee will be more if a year or more was skipped.

For On-demand services the following applies:
- Automatic free updates for as long as you are
subscribed.
- Free basic email support for as long as you
