There are two modes to access it - Through a frames capable browser from a pc or laptop or by accessing the smaller text interface from an internet capable cell phone.
Only one installation is required on a Windows Operating System server running IIS5 or later. Users will access the system from various operating systems through the internet or local area network with a browser.
Users can easily be added or removed by the administrator through a browser. User Rights to specific areas can easily be added or removed by the administrator.
CRM-Express Live was designed to be easy to operate. The administrator can set users only to specific areas of the program and only the applicable sections will be shown to the user.

Only one program has to be upgraded when a new version is released. The upgrade time required would depend on the speed of the machine and the volume of data. A typical upgrade would only take a few minutes.
The data is stored centrally on the server and only have to back up data from one machine.
Users always access the latest data in real time from the server so you never have to synchronize between machines.
Access to the system is controlled by the administrator who gives rights to users to only access specific areas of the program. The program can be behind a firewall and is only accessed by authenticated users.

Most modern browsers like Internet Explorer 6 (and later), Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc. can access the program through the local area network or internet. Any new generation mobile phone capable of browsing on the internet can also be used. New generation devices like the Apple IPad and Sumsung Galaxy Pad can also be used for access.
There is a text interface with lower functionality to accommodate internet capable cell phones or handhelds with limited browing capability.
You decide where your data is stored. You can store your data on your intranet or on a remote server at your ISP. We do not host your data, you do.
Software as a service has its benefits but also its drawbacks. What happens if you cannot afford to pay for the service in the next year or if something happens to your software service provider?
