Tutorial 3 - Adding contacts to the address book

In this lesson we will start to enter our first contacts into the address book.

From the Main Window of CRM-Express click on Address book


The address book will then open. Click on the New button to create a new contact.


The following dialog will be displayed. Type in the fields as required.
Note: The only field that is required is the surname field but we have typed in some more.

Click on OK when completed and the contact is added to the address book
