Q. I recently downloaded the new version
of CRM Express live and installed it but unfortunately the below
message appears every time I want to open the program
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the
extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler.
If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.A.
It looks like your computer is not set up to handle ASP pages
in IIS. To set up IIS to handle ASP pages, do the following
- Click on Start -> All Programs -> CRM-Express Live ->
CRM-Express Live Global Setup
- Follow the instructions on the screen to setup ASP on
your computer
If you still get the error then you might have to set the
following in IIS 7

Q. I click on the shortcut for CRM-Express Live but get
an http 400 error - The webpage cannot be found
A. CRM-Express Live adds a virtual directory named
CRMLive just below your default web site. To see this you
can click on..
- Start -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information
Services Manager
- Open the tree and browse to your default web site (Default
web site - this might be different)
- Open the tree below and you will see CRMLive
- Right-Click on CRMLive and select Browse
- You should now see the login screen of CRM-Express Live
By default CRM-Express Live sets the shortcut to point to
http://localhost/CRMLive.
The real url should be one of the following:
(where www.yourdomain.com should be replaced by your website
domain if this is an internet server)
(where 192.168.0.1 should be replaced by the IP address
of your server if this is a network server)
