Setting Reminders

Setting reminders can be handled easily with CRM-Express
Below we are going to demonstrate how to set reminders in CRM-Express.

Example: How to set reminders for contacts.
Open CRM-Express and log in.
Click on the Address book tab.
Note: Reminders can be set from any part of the program by clicking on the Actions menu option just below the ribbon and then select Schedule a meeting but in this case we are going to do it from the address book.
1. Click on the contact you want to set the reminder for.
2. Click on the New Event button
The Select a Contact dialog will be displayed.
3. Click on OK
The Event - Appointment dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details
4. Click on OK and your reminder will be set
