Creating rule to capture or remove contact

Click on the EMail tag to select email

Click on Rules to open the Rules dialog


Click on the email address you want to create a rule for

Click on New  to create a new rule


You can now do the following.

1. Enter a filter name e.g. Remove from list

2. Click on Add to add a new filter line

3. Select Subject from the droplist

4. Select contains from the droplist

5. Type in Remove in the edit box

6. Click on Add

7. Add 2 lines..

1 to auto-respond and send an email to the contact

2 to remove the contact from the email list
