64 bit machine issues
The following message might occur when running CRM-Express with 64bit machines and Vista/Windows 2003 Server. Just follow the instructions to resolve the problem.
The DEP Problem has occurred
Reports are not generated due to the DEP Problem on some 64 bit CPU machines with Windows XP and/or 2003 OS.
CRM-Express may produce blank reports on some computers because Microsoft activated Data Execution Prevention (DEP) in Windows XP, 2003 and Vista - See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/875352 for more information.
Please do the following:
1. Go to Settings - Control Panel - System - Advanced tab - click Settings button
(under Performance) - Data Execution Prevention tab.
2. Select the 2nd option (Turn on DEP for all programs...) and in the exception list...
Click on Add and Browse to the \Program Files(86)\CRM-Express directory and add the program crmexpress.exe
3. Restart the Application
