How
do I add product
images to quotes, orders and invoices?
CRM-Express now allows you to add product images to
your invoices/orders/quotes..
Note: You do not have to edit the invoice
templates to do this.
The images are stored in the database and is entered
via the Products option on the main menu. When
selecting this option the Product Maintenance
window is displayed.

Let us now add a new Category called Printers
, a new printer and a product image for the printer.
1. Click on the New below the Category Tree
and on New Category in the drop down menu A
new category will be created. Type in Printers
and press Enter. This takes care of the category.
2. Click on New Product and the New Product
Dialog will open.

Enter the details like above. The image can be copied
and pasted directly into the square provided. Note the required size
Press OK and the product is added
The Product Maintenance dialog now looks like this.

Note that the Printers category now appear in
the tree. Under the Lexmark product entry you can see in
the image column that the product contains an image.
When entering the invoice details, select the
Insert from List button and click on the printer to
insert it. Note that the images does not display on this
dialog

Click on the Print button and the Select
File dialog will be displayed

Select Invoice2 with images.dtp and click on
OK
The Invoice will be printed and looks like this
