Software can be freely downloaded from our download page. To convert your software from a 30 day free trial to a fully licensed version you must purchase a license key. Your license key will be sent to you by email after your purchase.
It is important that you keep software copy and a note of your purchase and licensing information as you will need it if you reinstall your software. However, if you do lose it please contact us, providing the following information:
The full name of the person that the software is licensed to.
The billing name, address and email address that was provided when the purchase was made.

A license fee entitles you to one year of free email support from the date that
you licensed your software.
PGCSoft provides free updates and email support for one year after purchase. Thereafter you can purchase another year of free updates and email support at 1/3 of the original purchase price per year.
No support is available for the Free Edition
CRM-Express Software does not sell, publish or share any information about our customers unless given express permission to do so.
