Tutorial 2 - Setting up
the address book options
In this lesson we will
be setting up options that influence how our address
book behaves. All the settings are done with one
dialog.
From the Setup Advisor,
click on Setup your Company Information
( You can also reach
this from Tools/Global Options)
There are now a few
screens to complete
1. My Record
This contains personal
information about yourself which is used on invoices
etc.
Fill in the details
and click on Defaults on the left which will
open default information like phone formats, etc.
Fill in the details
and click on Operation on the left which
will open the page on how CRM- Express should perform
when doing certain operation
Fill in the details
and click on Tax and Currency on the left
which will open the next page.
Continue with the rest
of the options on the left until all your details
has been set up
